I was on a podcast! — Inventing Carla

I had so much fun chatting with songwriter extraordinaire Lisa Arreguin on her Living Crazybrave Songwriter podcast. Lisa and I go way back. When I was interning at the studio in my 20s, I remember working late nights and crashing on the couch at her home before getting up early and doing it all over again! It was an exciting time and little did I know I’d be back at the studio over a decade later, recording again and being featured on her podcast.

I love this interview partly because I had a chance to delve into the intricacies of the creative process in a way that I don’t often give myself the time and space to explore, but also because I felt 100% comfortable having this conversation with Lisa — and I think this is reflected in the episode.
